This Blog is dedicated to Developing World Connections groups that travel to Nepal. Each group works with host partner, Help/Nepal either in the village of Lahachowk or near Kurintar. The Student Team will be helping to build irrigation ditches to water the crops so the men of Lahachowk will be able to produce enough food for their families, no longer requiring them to work as trekking porters. Short Term volunteer teams will help to renovate and rebuild a hospital, serving 15,000 rural residents with little access to medical care.
We are volunteer team leaders and participants with Developing world Connections helping out in countries in Asia, Africa and Latin/South America on international development projects.
